In 2013, we became part of Scholz International Holding, one of the largest waste collection and processing companies in Europe.
In 2016, Scholz International Holding was acquired by Chiho-Tainde Group (CTG), which was renamed a year later to Chiho Environmental Group (CEG).

- via telephone: 01 56 106 71 – The whistleblower may review, amend, and confirm the record of their verbal report with a signature, if desired
- in writing to: Dinos, d.o.o., Šlandrova ulica 6, 1231 Ljubljana – Črnuče, marked “za Komisijo za prijavo nepravilnosti” and “Do not open”
- in person with the appointed confidant. In such cases, the request must be explicitly made via one of the communication channels listed, including a contact through which the confidant can respond. The verbal report will be recorded in detail.
- by submitting a report to the suggestion boxes—marked for feedback, praise, and comments—placed at all company locations
