O akcijah zbiranja papirja

As a pioneer in paper waste collection in Slovenia, we have been working with various educational institutions for many years. In addition to providing logistical support, we also share our expertise – passing valuable knowledge on to students.

As part of the collection campaign “I Collect Waste Paper, I Support a Friend,” we enabled participating institutions to collect paper waste, with the proceeds from its sale donated to young people from socially disadvantaged families. In doing so, students took responsibility for a cleaner environment while also helping their peers – strengthening their sense of solidarity.

The project was supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport; the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning; the Ministry of Health; the Ministry of Public Administration; and the Olympic Committee of Slovenia. The project partners were the PISMO SRCA Foundation and the Eco-School programme.

Every year, we collaborate with several hundred schools in paper collection drives, gathering up to 2,500 tons of paper.

About the cap collection campaign

Together with the Friends of Youth Association of Slovenia (ZPMS) and C&A stores, we organized a charity drive to collect bottle caps for the Sapramiška Fund.

The collected funds were allocated to children with special needs from socially disadvantaged families who required financial support for psychosocial assistance, physical therapy, and various medical and other essential aids.

Na Osnovni šoli Grm imamo dolgo tradicijo zbiranja starega papirja. Zberemo od 10 do 50 ton letno. Izkupiček uporabimo za pomoč socialno šibkejšim, nakup šolske opreme in nagrade za učence. Z Dinosom sodelujemo zadnjih deset let. Skupaj smo uspešno vzpostavili koncept zbiralne akcije. Papir zbiramo vsako sredo v aprilu in vsak petek v oktobru, torej v osmih terminih. V vsakem terminu papir zbirata dva razreda, s čimer se izognemo gneči. Učenci papir celo leto hranijo doma, na dan akcije pa ga pripeljejo na parkirišče, kjer že ob šestih zjutraj čakata dva Dinosova zabojnika. Ko starši otroka pripeljejo v šolo, jim Dinosovi delavci pomagajo zložiti papir iz avtomobila, nato pa nadaljujejo pot v službo. Tako starši ne izgubljajo dragocenega časa, učenci pa ne izostajajo od pouka. Še isti dan nam prijazna Mateja sporoči, koliko papirja smo zbrali. Verjamem, da bo uspešno tudi nadaljnje sodelovanje.

Pri Osnovni šoli Lesce se zavedamo pomembnosti reciklaže in v tem duhu želimo vzgajati otroke. Veseli smo, da imamo na drugi strani Dinos, s katerim brez težav izvajamo akcije zbiranja odpadnega papirja. Korektno sodelujemo že vrsto let in skupaj vedno najdemo najboljšo rešitev – organizacijsko, logistično in izvedbeno.
