OŠ Grm
At Grm Primary School, we have a long-standing tradition of collecting waste paper. Each year, we collect between 10 and 50 tons. The proceeds are used to support socially disadvantaged students, purchase school equipment, and reward pupils. We have been cooperating with Dinos for the past ten years. Together, we have successfully established a structured collection campaign. Paper is collected every Wednesday in April and every Friday in October, which adds up to eight collection dates. Each time, two classes are in charge of the collection, helping to avoid crowds. Students store paper at home throughout the year and bring it to the school parking lot on the designated day, where two Dinos containers are already waiting from 6 a.m. When parents drop off their children at school, Dinos workers help load the paper from the cars, allowing parents to continue on to work without delay. This way, parents save valuable time and students don’t miss any classes. That same day, the friendly Mateja informs us how much paper we collected. I believe our successful collaboration will continue in the future.
