Management of SUP products<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

In late October 2022, the Regulation on the reduction of the environmental impact of certain plastic products (hereinafter the SUP regulation) was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The regulation applies to all producers who place single-use plastic products (SUP products) on the Slovenian market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the PRO system (Producer Responsibility Organization), you are required to pay a proportional share of the cleaning costs for public spaces due to waste generated by your SUP products, as well as the subsequent transportation and processing of this waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are also required to join the implementation of the joint plan\u2014by signing a contract with Dinos as one of the operators of the joint plan. On your behalf, we will ensure compliance with PRO obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
